Firstly, I would like to say that I am perfectly fine, there is no need to call an emergency number. So, just chill:)
Tomorrow, I will be attempting to complete a 5km run in 30 minutes. Is this even possible??? I ask myself, and I get mixed answers. There are several reasons why I will be able to do so:
1) I ran 2.4km in less than 15 minutes for my NAFFA test earlier this year.
2) I have been doing ballet classes on an average of 4 classes per week, and this keeps me relatively fit.
3) I got a gold award for my NAFFA test, which is quite an achievement.
And here are the reasons why this is a crazy attempt and I will definitely fail:
1) I have not been running for the past month.
2) Doing ballet does not neccessarily mean that I will be able to run 5km.
3) Many people got gold awards for their NAFFA tests.
If anyone has an answer, please tell me ASAP. Pretty please???
